Our Commitment

Nexxus Consulting, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the usability and accessibility of this website and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They provide three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA.

This website is targeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. We are currently undertaking a review and remediation effort to bring the Site into closer alignment with these standards; the Site should be considered partially conformant while this work is underway, meaning some parts of the content may not yet fully meet all Level AA success criteria.

Measures We Are Taking

As part of our ongoing accessibility effort, we are working to:

  • Review page structure, headings, and navigation for logical, consistent order;

  • Provide meaningful text alternatives for non-text content (such as images);

  • Ensure sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds;

  • Confirm that interactive elements (menus, buttons, forms) are operable by keyboard alone;

  • Verify that our contact form has properly associated labels and clear error messaging; and

  • Periodically test the Site using accessibility evaluation tools and, where practical, assistive technology.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or functionality on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. This can occur for reasons including third-party content or embedded tools we do not fully control, legacy content not yet reviewed, or technical constraints of the Wix platform. We are prioritizing fixes as we identify them.
